PLEASE USE THE USTA ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM As of the draw for 5/10/2024 horses making their last start outside of Tioga may only drop one class lower than that of their last start. (i.e. Horse’s last start is at PcD in NW5000L4. Horse has $1,500 on his card. Horse will have to race in NW5000L4 at Tioga.) Horses entering Tioga with a different coded class other than NW$L4 will be classified by Race Secretary HORSES ENTERING A CLASS THEY DO NOT FIT WILL ONLY BE MOVED IF NEEDED TO FILL |
