Qualifying Times: Pacers 2:08 Trotters 2:10 3 Year Olds Allowed 1 second; 2 Year Olds Allowed 2 seconds; Tracks rated GOOD Allowed 1 second Any and all track variances will be accepted 45 Day Rule in Effect - Race Day to Race Day Safety Vests mandatory Two WO Wins in a row must skip a week (May be waived if needed to fill) NO HORSE WILL BE PERMITTED TO RACE WITHOUT A CURRENT COGGINS TEST AND HEALTH PAPERS ON FILE |
