As of the draw for 5/10/2024 horses making their last start outside of Tioga may not drop into a class lower than that of their last start.

(i.e. Horse’s last start is at PcD in NW5000L4. Horse has $1,500 on his card. Horse will have to race in NW5000L4 at Tioga.)

Horses entering Tioga with a different coded class other than NW$L4 will be classified by Race Secretary
