Owners must be STHHA Members A Pari-Mutuel win is one at an extended meet of over 10 days with a purse of greater than $1,999 NY Excel B wins are not considered PM wins at Tioga & Vernon Standard Allowances in claimers. Horses who are Claimed must Race HERE for 60 Days ALL CLAIMS FOR ALL RACES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE RACE OFFICE 1 HOUR BEFORE POST TIME FOR THE FIRST RACE BANK CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED PHONE ENTRIES ON DRAW DAYS FROM 9AM TO 10AM. PLEASE USE THE USTA ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM As of the draw for 5/10/2024 horses making their last start outside of Tioga may not drop into a class lower than that of their last start. (i.e. Horse’s last start is at PcD in NW5000L4. Horse has $1,500 on his card. Horse will have to race in NW5000L4 at Tioga.) Horses entering Tioga with a different coded class other than NW$L4 will be classified by Race Secretary HORSES ENTERING A CLASS THEY DO NOT FIT WILL ONLY BE MOVED IF NEEDED TO FILL |
