Research past Fines & Suspensions Reports in Pathway


Summary and detail information regarding fines and suspensions handed down by state regulators in the United States is available to PATHWAY subscribers, who are able to search individual drivers, trainers, owners, and breeders, and determine what fines and suspensions have been levied against them. In addition, they are able to determine whether such penalties have been appealed, stayed, or served. Data on all major infractions recorded since Jan. 1, 1984 will be available.
